We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info.enchantedsewing@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will try to rectify the issue as soon possible
